    1.) Passport Book and/or Passport Card

    • Your expired or soon-to-expire passport book and/or card is required
    • Have your passport in your possession
    • It should be undamaged except for normal wear and tears
    • Issued when you were 16 or older and within the last 15 years
    • For name change please provide the legal original or certified document proving the name change.

    2.) Passport Fees

    • Must Pay By Check or Money Order
    • $209.53  Payable to the "U.S. Department of State" for the U.S. Passport.

    • $239.53  Payable to the "U.S. Department of State" for The Passport Book and Passport Card
    • 1-2 day shipping is included with fees

    3.) Passport Photo's

    • 2 x 2 In color
    • No Glasses
    • Taken in the last 6 months
    • In front of a plain white or off-white background
    • Neutral facial expression
    • Both eyes wide open
    • No hat or head covering that obscures the crown or hairline

    4.) Confirmed Travel Plans

    • Print confirmation flight itinerary emailed to you by your travel provider
    • Hotel Reservations (Only excepted when driving across the border)
    • Business travelers ( Provide a Letter on company letterhead stating your emergency travel needs.
    • Copy Plane Ticket

    5.) Letters of Authorization

    • Print One Letter of Authorization
    • Complete by hand with a pen.
    • This form permits us to submit your passport

    6.) Passport Renewal Application

    • The passport application must be done online
    • After finishing your application, remember to print it out.
    • Don't forget to sign and date your printed application.
